To automatically setup your desktop Mac Mail application

1. Login to https://mail.terradatacenters.com with your email address and credentials

2. At the first page, you will find options to select a profile to download.

3. Choose which profile you want and the further options of Email/Calendars and Contacts. If you are not sure, we recommend Apple connection profile with app password and Email only. If you are going to store calendars and contacts on the mail server which will sync with all other devices connected, then you would select Email, calendars and contacts.

4. This profile when clicked will prompt to download to a location, we recommend your Desktop or Downloads directory.

5. Open Finder and navigate to the directory you downloaded the profile named Mail Administration.mobileconfig and double click this file.

    

6. A notification will popup to review the profile.

7. Open your System Settings

8. Select Privacy & Security, you may need to scroll down.

9. Select Profiles, you may need to scroll down.

10. Here you will find your email address profile that has not been installed.

11. Double-click the profile and select Install.

12. Restart or Launch your Mac Mail app, the email account will be automatically setup.

13. If you selected calendars and contacts as well, then the Mac Calendar and Mac Contacts will also be automatically configured.
