As part of the toll-free number registration process, this document outlines how users provide consent to receive SMS messages from Terra Data Centers, LLC.

Where the Opt-in Takes Place

Users opt in to receive SMS notifications through the [Your Company Name] support request form, accessible at:
 

Opt-in Process and Information Provided

The support request form includes the following elements

  • A required question labeled “Opt In/Out Notifications” with radio buttons for:
    • Remove me from notifications
    • Add me to notifications
  • A required phone number field
  • A subject line and message field, which may be pre-filled when accessed via a direct link

Users must actively select “Add me to notifications” to opt in to SMS messaging before submitting the form. At the time of opt-in, users are informed

  • They will receive SMS notifications related to support ticket updates.
  • Notifications will be sent as needed based on ticket activity (no fixed frequency).
  • To opt out, users can select “Remove me from notifications” on a future form submission or contact support at [insert contact method, e.g., support@yourcompany.com].
